The Sold-Faster Staging Promise

We are a young studio and we would rather earn your trust than claim it. So every home we stage gets the same commitment: a design plan built for your buyer, staged on schedule for your photography and listing date, and styled to look its best both in the photos buyers scroll first and when they walk through the door.

San Diego home staging FAQs

How much does home staging cost in San Diego?

Occupied staging and photo prep starts at $600, covering the consultation, an action items checklist, and light staging of the living room, dining room, kitchen and primary bedroom. Extra rooms are $100 to $400 each. A two hour consultation on its own, with a written checklist you keep, is $200. Vacant and luxury staging are quoted per home after a walkthrough, because room count and how long the furniture stays move the number too much for an average to be useful. See our full San Diego staging cost guide.

Is home staging really worth it?

Yes. According to the National Association of Realtors, 81% of buyers' agents said staging made it easier for buyers to picture a property as their future home, and staged homes often sell faster and for a higher price. On most San Diego listings, the cost of staging is a small fraction of the price gain and the money saved by selling sooner.

How long does staging take?

After we confirm the scope, most homes are staged in one to three days. We work around your listing date and photography schedule so everything is camera ready before your photos and first showings.

Do you stage occupied homes while we still live there?

Absolutely. Our occupied and partial staging services use your existing furniture, edited and restyled with pieces from our inventory, so your home photographs beautifully while you continue living in it. Learn about occupied staging.

What areas of San Diego County do you serve?

All of it. From La Jolla, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe to Chula Vista, Carlsbad, Poway, Escondido and East County, we stage homes across San Diego County. See every area we serve.

Do you provide the furniture, or do I rent it?

We handle everything. Our staging includes designer furniture, art, rugs, lighting and decor from our own inventory, delivered, arranged and picked up for you. We also offer standalone furniture rental if you only need pieces.
